Konzum is the leading supermarket chain in Croatia. After the initial rebrand, they required their 500+ portfolio of stores to be consistently rebadged across the estate. This wasn't a normal portfolio though: It ranged from the 300,000-sq ft supersized, out-of-towners to corner shops with just a door. Some were new builds, others were through acquisition, others had sustained damage through the war. A kit of parts was developed that could be adapted to most shells, allowing maximum flexibilty in meeting the client's needs and presenting a consistent and unified face to consumers in a newly resurgent marketplace.
